Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays.

Local delivery time
Deliveries in Cluj-Napoca are performed on the order completion and confirmation date, if completed before 12 pm or within 24 hours (a business day) for orders finalized after such hour.

National delivery time
The deliveries to the rest of Romania are carried out within 24 hours (one business day) for orders completed and confirmed before 3pm and within 48 hours (two business days) for orders finalized after such hour.

Worldwide delivery time
Delivery times are dependent on many factors but we work hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Standard delivery in Europe will take approximately 3-8 working days after dispatch and worldwide will take 5-10 working days from dispatch.

Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery procedure valid for Romanian bound customers:
Our local shipping cost is 5 EUR (VAT included)/Order.
We offer free delivery for all orders in excess of 100 EUR (VAT included) that will be shipped anywhere in Romania.

Worldwide delivery costs
We offer free delivery for all orders in excess of 100 EUR (VAT included), and for the ones that are less than this amount, the standard shipping cost will be of 18 EUR (VAT included).
Custom Duties
Please bear in mind that if your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. As well, some custom duties may be applied when ordering from outside of the European Union, depending on your country of residence. You will be informed in such cases by the carrier upon collecting your package.
If a parcel is declined by the customer due to refusing to pay custom duties, it will be considered a return case. In this situation, as mentioned in our “Returns Policy”, we will reimburse any amount we received from the client, exclusive of the delivery rates, but he will need to bear the direct product return cost.

RETURNS POLICY

In case the ordered product does not correspond to the presentation or in case it is faulty, you can have it replaced or you can request the reimbursement of its equivalent value within 30 days as of the receipt date.
According to article 9 paragraph 1 of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 12 June 2014 on the consumer’s rights under the contracts concluded with professionals, you are entitled to withdraw from remotely concluded contracts, without an obligation to provide grounds for your decision, within 14 days as of the date when you, or a third party you mentioned, other than the carrier, physically receive the goods/the last of the goods.
In order to enforce your waiver right, you must inform us on your decision to do so, on the basis of an unequivocal statement, sent by email.
In case you decide to waive the contract, we will reimburse any amount we received from you, exclusive of the delivery costs, no later than 14 days as of the date on which we are informed on your waiver decision. The amount shall be reimbursed via the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressed your consent for a different reimbursement method; by all means, no fees shall be charged following such reimbursement.
Please ship the products at our address at 41. Cardinal Iuliu Hossu, Cluj-Napoca, County of Cluj without unnecessary delays and, by all means, within no more than 14 days as of your waiver notice. The term shall be regarded as observed if the goods are sent back prior to the expiry of the 14-day term.
You will need to bear the direct product return cost.
You will only be held liable in case the value of the goods is reduced following the handling, other than required, according to the specific nature, quality and operation of the goods.
